Dojo Gains provides trading education and community access only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
All content, analysis, and discussions are for educational purposes. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
2. No Profit Guarantees
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. There are no guarantees of profit. Past performance of any trader, strategy, or educational content does not guarantee future results.
Most retail traders lose money. By joining Dojo Gains, you acknowledge this risk and agree that we are not responsible for any losses you incur.
3. Membership Terms
Memberships are billed through Whop according to the plan you select:
- Spectator: Free access to limited community areas
- White Belt: Subscription-based (monthly or 3-month terms available). Access expires at the end of your subscription period. You must renew to maintain access.
- Brown Belt: One-time payment. Includes lifetime access to Brown Belt course materials, plus 3 months of White Belt community access. After 3 months, White Belt access expires but your Brown Belt course content remains accessible forever.
- Black Belt: By application only. Includes lifetime access to all course materials, mentorship content, and full community access — no expiration.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Whop account. Brown Belt lifetime access is non-recurring and does not require cancellation. Refunds are handled according to Whop's refund policy.
4. Community Conduct
By joining our Discord community, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect
- No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks
- No spam, scams, or self-promotion without permission
- No sharing of illegal content
- Follow Discord's Terms of Service
Violations may result in removal from the community without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All educational content, materials, and resources provided by Dojo Gains are protected by copyright. You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell any paid content
- Record live sessions without permission
- Share your account access with others
6. Limitation of Liability
Dojo Gains and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your trading activities.
We provide education — you make your own decisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
